GAPS GEI TRAINING

In 2010, GAPS will be offering training seminars for our members and non-members.  Our training seminars will provide expert advise on the best way to be successful in the recruiting industry. The training is applicable to both rookies and advanced levels.

The topics covered are as follows:

1. The Law and Ethics – Important things to know when working in the recruiting industry
2. Candidate development – Research, recruiting, & the internet
3. Client development – marketing, developing long-term relationships to insure repeat business
4. Getting started/ daily activities – the best way to organize your time as you work day to day in our business
